Wellness
We encourage wellness for members and staff. At any time during the day, members and staff are welcome to take a mental health break. Yahara House has a wellness room with mats, weights, a treadmill, a bike, and other equipment.
The Wellness Room in Yahara House, exercise equipment available during the day to colleagues.
We also have a Wellness Committee that meets weekly to discuss any wellness related topics. Meditation is offered once per week. We have a local membership to the YMCA and staff drives members to the YMCA to work out.
